Address some of the challenges to which teachers feel hopelessly resigned; approaches to move from surviving to thriving. A brief explanation of personal/professional "forests," and the Hedgehog Concept/Doom Loop from the book "Good to Great." The session will balance information delivery with collaborative action steps toward finding daily work/life balance.
